Building a Scholarship Culture One Class at a Time

The Class of 1995's annual golf tournament at Mohawk Park has become a tradition that supports local students. Last year, they raised $12,000, funding three scholarships for graduating seniors pursuing STEM fields.

"It started small," said organizer Tom Wilson '95. "A few buddies wanted to give back, so we organized a scramble tournament. Now it's our main class event, and everyone participates at their level."

Classes can set up recurring giving through the association. The Class of 1988 has a $500 annual pledge from each member, providing steady funding. This year, we're adding impact tracking so donors can see exactly how their contributions help students.
